She is the Immediate Past Chair of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and is widely known for her work helping legal and ADR professionals integrate AI and emerging technologies into practice ethically and effectively. Susan is a frequent speaker for bar associations, courts, law firms, and professional organizations across the country on topics including mediation, family dispute resolution, practice innovation, and artificial intelligence in professional practice.
