About the event

Working with families who potentially face deportation has consistently been a challenge. With deportations at historic levels, many families we encounter do not have a plan and are uncertain how to prepare for their children in the event a separation happens. Join us for this timely Lunch and Learn to gain insight into working with families who are experiencing fear and uncertainty.


Learning Objectives

  • Identify resources to provide immigrant/undocumented families involved with Family Court.

  • Identify whether or not it is appropriate to enquire about someone's immigration status in either ADR or evaluative services.

  • Learn how other professionals are working with undocumented families.
