    This training is focused on Early Neutral Evaluators and aiding evaluators in their assessments, but anyone is welcome to attend. Seating is limited and a preference will be made for those who are currently serving on Minnesota ENE rosters.

    Some parents are unable to resolve custody and parenting time disputes, even with the wide availability of ADR processes. A Custody/Parenting Plan Evaluation, when done thoroughly and ethically, can help families, attorneys, and courts resolve these issues .
